Everything between your website and a submitted application.

FundFellows is a set of agents that find grants, draft from your own facts, plan the deadlines, and prepare the emails. Each one hands its work to the Inbox, and a person approves it before anything happens.

The demo runs on a fictional organization and recorded runs. No sign-up.

The Inbox: this month's plan, and the drafts, emails, and questions waiting for approval.

The Inbox, on demo data. Every part of the product below sends its work here.

The parts that hold the work together.

The Inbox
Every draft, schedule, email, and question an agent prepares waits here until you approve it, edit it, or set it aside. A monthly plan is one click away.
Your profile
Facts read from your website and documents. Each one keeps the quoted passage it came from, and only facts whose passage is in the source are kept.
Bid tools
For firms: a compliance matrix with the page behind every requirement, go/no-go with reasons, the SF 330 exported to Word, a fee proposal structure for your numbers, and addenda tracking.
Pipeline board
Every application and bid from the first look to Won or Lost, with what the funder or client said.
Funder pages
A closer look at each foundation from its 990-PF: giving by focus, grant sizes, grantee locations, trustees, and how to apply as filed.
Social post drafts
Short posts about a new grant or a milestone, to copy or export. It never posts for you.
Activity log
Each step an agent took and each page it read.

What it will never do

These hold across every part of the product.

  • Submit an application. You click submit on the funder's portal.
  • Send an email or publish a post on its own. Every send is your click.
  • Name a funder that is not in Grants.gov or the IRS filings.
  • Invent a number. A missing fact becomes a question for you.
  • Sell your data or buy anyone else's.
